We are a boutique environmental law firm focused on advising a select group of high quality clients involved in large, complex environmental remediation and development projects.  Our attorneys have extensive technical backgrounds in the scientific aspects of environmental work, and are frequently engaged on projects where highly complex subsurface remediation and off-site disposal elements are involved, or where major fill import, export, or on-site reuse operations are required.  We utilize CALVN, our proprietary in-house environmental data extraction and screening system, to identify failures, data gaps, errors, and omissions in our clients’ environmental reports.  To ensure our clients are provided the highest level of attention, we limit our engagements to no more than ten major projects at any time.
